About Lynda Rogers

Lynda Rogers, LLB Cox & Palmer 

Lynda Rogers is an associate in the Saint John office of Cox & Palmer. She has a general litigation practice with a focus on insurance, health, and administrative law. Lynda has worked on dental and medical malpractice matters since 2018. She has appeared for multiple dentists in malpractice trials before the New Brunswick Court of Queen’s Bench and Small Claims Court. Her experience has given her an understanding of the kinds of claims dentists and oral surgeons are prone to and the way cases are dealt with most effectively, both from a professional regulatory and civil liability perspective.

Ed Dermit joined CDSPI in September 2014, bringing over 15 years of senior management experience in financial services marketing. Prior to CDSPI, Ed held senior roles at Manulife Asset Management, VenGrowth, ING Investment Management and AGF.

In her visits to dental schools, Julie provides insights and educates students on the risks that can be addressed with insurance and ways to help protect their financial future.
